Spelling Bee Champion
Somaya Marshall
​Somaya Marshall (8th grade) represented LATCA and scored in the top one-third on the 2025 Online Semifinal Spelling Bee and is moving on to the Mid-Continent Public Library Championship Spelling Bee.
The Championship Bee will determine which speller from our area will compete in the 2025 Scripps National Spelling Bee, May 27 – May 29, in Washington, D.C.
The MCPL Championship Spelling Bee will take place Saturday, March 1st, 2025 at 9:30am.
